Masterspool Multipart

As the original Spool from “Das Filament” was a bit to much material for me I just made my own based on their idea.
Another reason for that was, that I just can modify the Core-part in case I buy refills from other manufakturers where the dimensions many be different.

Take “Side 1” and “Core” and screw them together with 3 M3x12 screws and 3 stop nuts.

Take “Side 2” and put it on top. There are three small parts which help to center it.

Take the “Lock” part and screw it into the whole thing.
At the end just use the “Key” to screw it in completely so that it does not moce anymore.

I printed all parts and they fir good, just do not have any refill in stock at the moment.

The Core hold 6 positions to hold the inner end of the filament.

On each Side there are many holes where on can put the lose end of the filament to fix it.

I have put some arrow on Side 1 for the direction in which the filament should roll off, but I think that it should not make a differenz as I doubt the spool may open by itself.

Basically redraw the whole thing.
