Summary
This enclosure is designed for the TTGO T-Display ESP32 boards with a 1.14" LCD screen. It ensures that the USB-C cable can be yank out without pulling out the board, press the buttons without fear of breakage. Includes space for an 803540/403540 LiPo battery with a handy on/off switch to prevent unwanted drain. Print without supports and skip the need for screws.

Also there's a hole on the diagonal face to see the charge indicator LED, sized to fit a 1.75mm transparent filament for light guidance.
Heads Up About Screens!
Recent TTGO T-Display versions might have a slightly different screen with a blue tint and a longer cable. This can affect the fit in some cases.
Use the provided "TestFit" models to find the perfect fit for your screen position. Start with "Offset0" for black chin screens and "Offset3" for blue chin screens.

Printing
- Use 0.4mm line width and 0.2mm layer height
- Supports not required
- Filaments with good overhang performance recommended
- Refer to photos for printing orientation
Assembling
- Ensure buttons move freely and aren't connected to its surrounding.
- Tilt the board and insert the Type-C port first.
- Gently push the board in from the other side. A built-in clip holds it. If needed, use a flat tool to carefully nudge the clip from the outside.
- Insert a short piece of 1.75mm transparent filament for the charge indicator hole (light guide).
- Push the SS12D00G3 switch into its slot. Secure it with tape or hot glue to prevent accidental removal.
- Secure the battery with double sided tape.
- Clip the cover onto the main body, starting with the two front joints for ease.
