I designed this sword with printability in mind, it requires a few supports for some parts, but it is minimal and very easy to remove.
There are obvious grooves and holes for joining everything together once printed. I strongly recommend used 3d gloop if you want a sword that can stand to be swung around without issues.
I used these carbon fiber rods to reinforce it, as well as 3d gloop and some epoxy to glue to the rods to the printed parts.
In general, I'm quite satisfied with the end result of this model.
