Has your FJ cruisers hood scoop suddenly flown off while driving down the highway and now you can't reattach it because the mounting brackets broke off? You could buy a new one, but with the rising cost of fj cruiser parts their is another way. I have taken the time to cad a 3d printable clone of the oem mounting bracket. This is the Third iteration of my design and I am finally satisfied with the results to share it with the community.

If you are using Cura slicer please use the provided “Right”and “Left” files. I have added slicer modification blocks to the wings of these files so that the infill will be exposed for the two part epoxy to adhere too. This file was setup to print ASA so you will need to change your temps, speed, and cooling if you plan on using another material.

If you are using bamboo slicer or prusa slicer please use the file "V3" and make the above mentioned file modifications and set the infill pattern to Grid, the infill wall count to 2, and the infill density to 25%. the rest of the model should be printed “solid”.

BOM:

Right Facing Prints: 3

Left Facing Prints: 3
