Adjustable footrest - Ergonomic

         Assembly instructions:

• Step 1: Print the necessary parts using the provided STL files. Prints without supports. 
  Recommended material: PETG >15% infill.
   
• Step 2: Cut the Ø24 broom handles to the desired length. Optionally, treat the wood with a finish or paint for added aesthetics and protection.
   
• Step 3: Before applying glue to the holes on the "Top" part, perform a test fit of the broom handles to ensure they fit properly. Once confirmed, carefully apply glue to the holes, then insert the shafts and the  M16 nut. Be cautious to wipe away any excess glue and avoid getting glue on the threads.
   
• Step 4: Securely insert the M16 bolt into the "Knob" part using glue. Then, affix the bolt cap on top of the bolt using glue. Be cautious to wipe away any excess glue and avoid getting glue on the threads.
   
• Step 5: Glue the "Anti-slide strips" to the underside of both the left and right base parts for improved stability.
   
• Step 6: Assemble the parts according to the exploded view provided in the description.
