I redrew the model in Fusion 360 using the original model as a reference. The most notable change is that the underside of the model is now flush with the build plate and then rises in a 45° chamfer reducing artifacts. Also fixed the orientation of the model so that the flat side sits flush with the build plate when loading it into the slicer.
Note that this is not the optimal orientation for fork strength but printing in PETG or ASA will give you a more than strong enough layer adhesion for this not to be a problem for the intended application.
