Atari 800 cover-off power enabler

When you are working with expansions like the Incognito that need the expansion cover removed to change the CF card you have to replace the cover every time so that the cartridge bay can be closed and the power can be turned on. This thing is just a weighted key that fits into the switch lever that the cartridge bay engages - drop this in and you don't need to worry about replacing the top cover every time.

The printed part is not heavy enough on its own to keep the switch engaged so I added two M10 nuts and a M4 threaded insert and bolt - the nuts on their own were probably heavy enough but it's nice to be sure power will stay on when you want it on.

Print with the threaded part down, organic supports, threshold 20 (so that the threads are printed without support). The lower layer height the better the thread will work. I printed in PETG 0.1mm Detail setting, with 10mm brim to be sure it does not detach while printing.
