MiiCoffee Apex/Turin Legato Steam Knob

The default steam knob on these machines is too ugly for use. It looks like a lego wheel on cheap chrome colored plastic

I really like my Apex. For $500 shipped, it's a much better value than a Gaggia Classic Pro, closer to a Profitec Go in features and performance.

However, there was one part that really bothered me. The steam knob is ugly. Removing it (at least non-destructively) requires both a flathead and phillips screwdriver. The flathead lets you carefully pry out the face plate. The phillips head lets you unscrew the plastic knob underneath.

Once you've done that, you'll see the attachment point is a circle with a circle above and below it where the screws go in. I considered re-using the screws, but a press fit works just fine here.

I originally designed this handle in blender (with CAD sketcher), but I couldn't figure out how to make the handle have the finger grips. So I redesigned it in OnShape. The original is here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/8042b57f60d8263b5107e716/w/20375134adf20786de5c2e01/e/ff65588048e8be3b59269ac9?renderMode=0&uiState=65fe3d5b05d12306efc3f7ce

When printing, I really like playing with at least the bottom infill to get a nice design from your filament. I used concentric. Otherwise, just print it at 0.2mm layers with the PrusaSlicer defaults. They work well.

I'm licensing this as CC0, because it's a better way of saying the WTFPL. If you want to claim this, share this, remix this, make money off of this, I don't care.
