Prusa Mini Ultra Low Profile Bed Heater Cover (1.6mm or 2.2mm Tall)

Gain 3.2mm more clearance for modified fan ducts with the 1.6mm tall ultra low profile heat bed cover.  To gain this clearance the wires are relocated to the bottom side of the bed using special hardware, listed below.  If you don't need this much clearance there is a 2.2mm tall option that provides 2.6mm more clearance and uses more typically available hardware, see details below.  You will also want to trim the bed alignment studs accordingly for either option.

  1.6mm version Hardware Required:

 2 x M3 x 8mm Ultra Low Profile Socket Head (SHCS) - https://www.mcmaster.com/90358A002/

 1 x M3 x 12mm or 14mm 100° Flat Head (FHCS) - https://www.mcmaster.com/90729A169/

 2.2mm version Hardware Required:

2x M3 x 8mm Button Head Cap Screw (BHCS)

1x M3 x 14mm Flat Head Cap Screw 90° (FHCS) 

Revisions:

1.6mm Top Cover Rev 02 (3/26/24) - Added relief on the top cover for a circuit board component (labeled R1) on the other side of the screw hole from the LED.  

2.2mm Top Cover Rev 01 (3/26/24 - Added a slightly taller top cover option (2.2mm tall, from heat bed) that uses more typically available hardware, 2x M3 X 8mm BHCS & 1x M3 X 14mm FHCS (90°)

3.2mm lower than the original using slim hardware.
