Lionel 027 Fiber Pin

This is a quickly thrown together printable replacement for O27 fiber pins.  Fiber pins are used to insulate and/or isolate O27 tubular track sections.

While my pin design is reasonably close to the original Lionel specifications, I decided to move the 3.2mm ring to the center of the pin instead of the pin.
