I printed with PLA with 15% infill. Perhaps PETG is better. The 3mf file has my print settings. Also using text modifier I switch the toolhead to write name and phone number on the holder. One can also use a cylinder modifier to give the long upright (which is printed on its side) a different infill pattern and 100% for added strength. I dont have that in this 3mf, but it's easy.
One should keep in mind the following article: https://blog.prusa3d.com/how-to-make-food-grade-3d-printed-models_40666/ when dealing with an object that can not be sanitized. Neil Med has you toss the bottle every 3 months, and I feel that one should at least consider that with the travel case. Also, spring for the actual Neil Med stand for home use, and if you are going to use this, only use it for travel. Again, keep safety in mind.
If you make any improvement please let me know.
The author remixed this model.
Made the bottle holder have a complete ring (yes this now needs supports) - this is so the bottle is more secure when in the travel case. Also changed the suspension method for the water tube so it doesn't touch the PLA, but instead it's the ring of the nose part that touches. Then added a case that drops over the entire assembly.
