4 inch PVC (Sch 40) Butterfly Fly Valve

Design for a dust collection system. Will work with standard 4" PVC Schedule 40 pipe and connectors/fittings.

To components are intechangeable and have a build in limit for rotation (90 degree) so when assembling ensure you build the valve and handles in the orientation you want.

Recommended infills / settings

DC_Handle and DC_Pin - Gyroid Infill, 80%, Support Everywhere

DC_Housing_To_Fitting & DC_Housing_to_Pipe - Gyroid Infill, 20%, Support on build plate only (place exclusion area in center 4" section) [provided 3MFs]

DC_Valve - Gyroid Infill, 15%, no support

To assembly you will need

12 M3 Washers

6 M3 Nylon Lock Nutes

4 M3x12 Socket Head Screw (to assembly housing)

1 M3x16 Socket Head Screw (on pin side of valve)

1 M3x25 Socket Head Screw (on handle side of valve)

Housing to Fitting and Housing to Pipe can be used intechangably, if you need a pipe to pipe connection use two housing to pipe to make the housing, etc.
