Sausage Horn Cleaners

Made to get that last bit of meat into the casing. Interface, handle and plungers to fit four typical stuffer horns.

This suite of sausage stuffer tools are designed to get the remaining meat into the casing and through the horn. This fits the Hakka 3L manual stuffer.

The interface will screw onto the nut that holds the horn (and casing) in place and serve as a cup to hold the meat that cannot be evacuated from the canister. The threads for the interface are 55mm with 2.0mm thread pitch. I used ABS for the interface and handle so they could be cleaned in a dishwasher.

There is a 200mm long handle with threads on the end that holds 4 different sizes of plungers to fit into the horn. The plungers aid in pushing the remaining meat into the casing, and also aid in preparation for final cleaning.

The screw on plungers are made using TPU and are in four horn sizes that fit my stuffer horns:

  • 36mm
  • 30mm
  • 20mm
  • 14mm

With many stuffers being made in China and just relabeled, I hope this works with many other branded sausage stuffers.

CAUTION: This was printed with Bambu Lab Studio.  I included PRUSA slicer files, but they are most likely not correct, most notably, the handle is too long to print on a MK3S+
