Nerf Challenger Switch Plate

I am modding my Nerf Challenger to take a 3S LiPo battery and I didn't want to just fit something in with hot glue.

Because my switch doesn't have a lever or roller, I had to position it very close to the rev-trigger. And in order to shorten the throw of the rev trigger, I had to snip off a mm or two of the mechanical trigger-lock that the rev trigger interfaces with. I also cleared out all the structure related to the original switch in the grip.

The Fusion file has some parameters in it for the switch hole diameter and switch hole spacing. If you you want to alter this for a different switch, I would start there.

Print Details: Prusa MK3S+ with Inland PLA at 0.2MM Layer height. No supports or brim needed for me.
