3W Glass Panel Bracket for Pole Mount

1st draft. Brackets may need beefing up, may need to put additional holes/screws into the solar panel housing itself, ie 2 on top , 2 bottom. As currently there are only 2 screw points.

Allows attachment of previous enclosure if needed, or attach your own enclosure, or use the holes as zip tie mounts?

6mmx45mm bolts for the 45 deg angle pieces to frame

5mmx16mm bolts for frame to panel housing

5mm nyloc nuts for panel housing nut carriers

5mm and 6mm washers

5mm and 6mm washers

6mmx45 bolts for 50mm pole bracket

50mm (2") U Bolts 

Printing:

PETG or stronger (or more UV resistant) recommended

.2 layer height

6 walls, 6 layers minimum recommended

Fits the 3W glass solar panels to allow horizontal mounting at fixed 45 degree angle.
