Simjack H-shifter mount profile 3030

Why?

Because of the unusual mounting holes in the H-shifter from Simjack, I made a version of the mounting for a 30x30 mm. Slides in typical 3030 aluminium profile. Using M6 Mount holes for Simjack H Shifter and M6  bolts on the sides.


 

What you need:

• Simjack H Shifter

• 4 x M6 16mm bolts
   
• 2 x M6 12mm bolts
   
• 2x  M6 nuts
   
• Aluminium profile 30x30

Assembly:
 

Before starting printing, you can check your fit:
 "simjack_h_shifter_mount_test_fit.3mf"

1. Insert 4 M6 16mm and 2 M6 12 mm bolts:
   
   
    
2. Screw to simjack h shifter:
   
   
    
3. Slide in 3030 alu profile:
   
   
    
4. Tighten the nuts on the screws on the sides by pressing the screw in the groove of the aluminum profile with a screwdriver
   
   
    
5. Shiftershould hold in one place and not move.
