Comgrow T300 Camera Mount
Update: 5/11/2024 - I have been using this for almost 2 months and I have had no issues. It puts the camera in a place where I can see the nozzle and moves with the z-axis so I can watch even the tallest prints without issue.
This was a quick model to get a camera mount on the printer. It slips on under the left X-axis stepper motor. It has some vents to let the stepper motor breathe and an arm with a 7mm hole to accommodate ¼-in x 20 all-thread.
You will need to unplug the stepper motor to attach this. I used 3M automotive 2-sided tape to stick it to the stepper. I am working on something more permanent, but this does nicely as a short-term solution.
Be aware this model is an overhang nightmare. It's a functional design and my next iteration should be easier to print.
Please, take this and remix it or use it to spawn a better design and ping me with your design.
If you print/use this, please consider liking it and post your Make and remixes.
