Reinforced meccano wheel rim.

This is a replacement wheel rim for merkur/meccano-style construction kits. The default plastic ones break away easily the first time the kid steps on them. This one should be more sturdy. The original tire should be used with this rim.

The shaft diameter is 4 mm

Tire inner diameter 23mm, width 6.5mm
