The Pirates CSG was produced by Wizards of the Coast from 2004-2008. It was heralded as the best, historically accurate naval warfare game that eventually added a hefty serving of fantasy to diversify gameplay. The ships came in blind packs and were punched out of styrene cards. Some assembly is required to create the large number of vessels from many colonial era nations.

HUGE thank you to Alexander Bruce (VU1K4N) who did nearly all the work to bring these to life. This remix fixes some dimensional issues I found while printing for pieces that did not fit together well.

These models need to be exactly 1mm thick for assembly, so they must be printed at .2mm layer height. This will give five layers to get the right thickness.

Most models fit together easily, but some may require some shaving at the insertion sites for a perfect fit. I've been adjusting the ships as I print them, so leave a comment if you find something that doesn't fit.

If you want to find more information on how to play, or card information to assign to your ships you can visit pirateswithben.com for an abundance of resources.

Differences of the remix compared to the original

Dimensional and scaling corrections to a number of the ships. All pieces have been changed to 1mm thickness for a glue-less assembly.

Files have been converted to .3mf for easier separation and spacing on smaller print beds. It also makes printing different colored pieces easier.

I also added the Shark and Sea Serpent to complete the set.
