I've always thought that my ES15S screwdriver looked like a Lightsaber. I added these parts to complete the look!
Guard module was omitted since it would get in the way of typical screwdriver operation.
OpenSCAD files are available for modification if you would like to adjust the fit of each module. Middle Chamber fails to render in OpenSCAD due to a mesh error. Export the negative and preform the Difference Boolean Modifier in Blender.
I printed using PETG filament and 0.4mm nozzle. Grip modules were printed vertically on the long edge with a brim for bed adhesion. Middle Chamber module should be printed with supports.
Make 3 copies of Grip Module, and glue onto screwdriver.
Partial disassembly is required to attach Middle Chamber module. Unscrew tip of screwdriver, and slide part into place.
Emitter module is a press-fit onto tip of screwdriver.
Glue is probably not required for the press-fit parts.
Use paint or a 3D pen for the green light details on Middle Chamber module.
The author remixed this model.
Middle Chamber part was modified to fit screwdriver.
Remaining parts were used as a reference for modeling.
