Filament Dryer Adaptor for Food Dehydrators

Introduction

Convert a food dehydrator into a filament dryer with this nifty print. Print multiple and stack them to dry multiple rolls at a time. Compatible with the Cosori food dehydrator, and others.

Works on circular trays up to 11.39 inches (28.9 cm) in diameter. Compare to the diameter of the upper outside edge of the food dehydrator's trays. Multiple brands use nearly identical trays, so it works on various machines. 

Printing

In the “.3mf” file the model is cut into 4 pieces and will need to be glued together after printing. 

In the ".STL" file the model is uncut.

A brim is recommended due to the narrow footprint of the model. Due to the high temperature application, PLA is not recommended. 

Version 2 notes:

• Reenforced the section of the model with the dovetail cut.
• All 4 dovetail cuts are now identical.
• Improved seating action by removing the bottom clips.
