The Ugly Stop Block

It's a stop block for a table saw crosscut sled, designed so you can clamp it up with typical clamps.

4" high and 4" deep so you have space to align your pieces. Also has a tiny chamfer on the back side so chips/dust don't throw off its alignment.  Though I included the f360 file so you can adjust as you see fit.

I printed it with 5 layers and decent infill so I can clamp it hard without having to worry.

Make sure your printer prints true, I had to do some skew correction to get things perfect.
