I've been playing around with 3d printed sheaths. this is for a cheap Walmart survival knife. the brand name is Ozark trail. a key feature is a "retention spring", an arm that engages with the "grippy" edge of the blade.  

its a belt carry sheath that is offset by about 30 degrees from the horizontal axis. it has a samurai style feel to the carry method 

print tip down with manual supports, 2 walls/1% infill is strong enough
