PrintDry 2.0 90-degree filament feed (single)

I liked @veggysaurus's model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4723307) but I didn't have a need for two guides and didn't want to have the connecting rod. So I remixed the design to use a M3-16 screw and M3 hex nut to hold the 608 bearing in place.

Notes:

Use supports on the inside of the cap. Guide itself doesn't need supports. I actually don't use the cap myself but it's here because it was part of the original model.
