Voxel PLA Pro. On a piece of cut off steerer for reference.
Slim trees. Not cosmetically perfect but fits steerer well. May need a touch of file work to fit shotgun mount better.

@JK1234_1732647 of course! The nice thing is it’s a captive part under compressive load.
PLA+ partial print, stopped at layer before collar widens. Fits very snug. This would work with a wide spacer collar above it.

@vidision thank you for your feedback. honestly, i took measures of the original part in a hurry before i handed over the whole seat kit to a buyer. had no time to try it. good luck with the iterations, keep me updated!
@JK1234_1732647 Thanks! Will do. I lost one of these recently, and I'd like to have a spare ... so I'll be working it soon.
(Also PETG CF has had some fitment issues with other tight tolerance parts, so it probably wasn't the ideal choice for a first print.)
Didn’t work out in PETG CF. ID too small and OD too big for Shotgun clamp. Going to try again in PLA+.
Separately, the top collar didn’t work well without supports. Rather than mess with supports, I may split the thing into two pieces to print separately.
