I needed a place to store and organize my water bottles on the shelf, and figured I could configure it to maximize the shelf space. With the one HydroFlask and three bike water bottles, I built a space to utilize the full height of the space (280mm), which required splitting the main housing in two pieces, and depth was limited by print space.

Included Parts

  • Bottom Half
    • Base
    • Specific channels to allow for the Top Half to sit on top and prevent undesired sliding
  • Top Half
    • Topper
    • Specific channels to allow to sit on top of Bottom Half and prevent undesired sliding
  • Drawer_bottom, _middle, _top
    • Drawers with an open front, but closed sides and back
    • Allows for full usage of the deep channels for storage of pieces and parts

Print Settings

Support

None needed! All parts were designed to allow for acceptable overhangs where no supports are needed.

Orientation

Best printing of the Top Half and Bottom Half is with respect to the Z-Axis. This provides the most accurate profiles of the bottle cylinders and drawer profiles.

For the drawers, support-less printing possible when also oriented around the Z-Axis.

Assembly

Once all the parts are available, stick the Top Half on top of the bottom half and the drawers in their respective locations, and then add in all the water bottles, pieces, and parts!
