This is a simple and compact (92mm x 62mm x 30mm) case for the Pi-5. It’s a clip together design that requires no screws and comes with an external mounting bracket if you need it.

It’s designed to be used either with no fan or with a 40mm cooling fan. (You’ll probably want to use a fan.) The fan just presses in – once again, no screws required. I’ve found that running the 5 volt fan from a 3.3 volt GPIO pin created plenty of airflow to keep the CPU cool. I’m also running my Pi-5 with a Waveshare passive heatsink

Taking inspiration from a idea of Zach Benedict, I’ve included an adapter so you can use a 30mm fan, if that is your want. It’s a pretty tight fit though - you may need appropriate encouragement

There’s an optional power button, if required. You’ll probably need to tidy the hole with a 3mm drill after printing and then simply hold the button in place before mounting the Pi in the base. Of course, even if you don’t install the button, the power switch is still accessible with an standard issue ISO approved paper clip.

If you have some clear 1.75mm filament, you can also add a light pipe to extend the LED to the outside of the case.
