What is it?

The 5 Whys, a problem-solving iterative technique used to determine the root cause of a problem by repeatedly asking “Why?” five times. The fifth ‘Why?’ will reveal the root cause of the problem.

Sakichi Toyoda, the founder of Toyota Industries, originally developed this technique, which is employed as part of of the “Toyota Production System”.

The 5 whys:

- When someone f*k up,

- Hand them the cards and interrogate them.

- Let them find out themselves why they fk up.

Backup:

- In case the root cause is not revealed at the fifth Why.

- Added a “Why #Infinite” to make sure you get to the root cause.

- Fitted at the rear of the base.

Overall:

- 7 Printed parts. No need support.

- Whys no. 1 - 5, slot into the base.

- Plague at the front, Why ∞ at the back.
