I can't say if these blocks actually help keep the Z gantry at 90 degrees, but I made them anyway. The blocks are the same so you can download 1 and mirror the other, or download both left and right model. I also made new slot covers and a spool holder that slots into the side of the extrusion since you can no longer hook onto the slots from the outside with the gap covers. the spool holder will use the same quick change rod from the original spool holder.
The only model you will need support for is the corner blocks. make sure your flow rate is calibrated well since these are a tight fit. Once printed you'll have to dissasemble the gantry, remove the extrusion endcaps and screen, then slide the z gantry blocks through the base extrusion. once in position you can then slide down the z gantry into the block's slots. Then screw the gantry back in.
If you are looking for the fan shroud in the picture, that is its own separate listing.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
