Parametric Shelf Pin Jig

Shelf pin jig, with the following features:

The print settings for the jigs are not relevant, and pins themselves (both settings and diameters) depend on the weight of what you are trying to store and the material thickness.

The Depth stop jig represents the actual material thickness with the required hole in it. 

I use a self centering drill bit to place pilot holes first and then use the target size drill bit with the depth stop on my portable drill press.

You may find the pin difficult to insert, there is a parameter called insertTolerance that can be increased to make inserting the pin easier. It should be a bit hard while still possible to remove the pin by hand.
