This is a simple stand to use the PG FUN CNC 3D Touch Probe as a tool setter.

You will need the probe (which is relatively inexpensive), and the tool setter plate. You don't need the ‘tool setter kit’. All available from the same Amazon link. Or you can print your own tool-setter plate :-)

The stand allows you to keep the 1/4inch shaft attached so it's easy to flip over and convert back to a probe if needed (the ‘tool setter kit’ removes the shaft).

There seems to be some variation in the USB connector supplied - some come with a straight connector, and some with an angled connector. All should work with this stand, and you can point the angled connector left or right.

Unscrew the probe portion, replace with the tool setter plate, pop it in the stand and you're off. Huzzah!

I printed in PLA with 15% infill, and got slightly different tolerance results depending on PLA brand - a slightly loose fit with Prusament, and a tight fit with another brand. There's a ‘print_offset’ parameter in the F360 file that you can play with to get the fit as tight as you fancy.
