I originally designed this for the Corsair Spec Delta computer case, but i'm sure it will work on other Corsair Mid Tower ATX cases. it will probably work on other manufacturers also.
The Spec Delta pro has almost no front ventilation with its stock front panel. the middle fan was basically useless. so, I made my own front panel to allow better airflow. The panel is designed to mount flush with the fans, around the outside so the are not obstructed. i also bought 120mm screw on fan filters to complete the all black front look.
I printed mine with Black ATARAXIA ART Flexible PLA and then I glued the two pieces together and sprayed the whole panel with 2 coats of Black TAMIYA Spray Lacquer (TS-14). it looks and feels like the plastic extruded panel it replaced in normal light. the cameras flash made it look shiny.
I choose Flexible PLA because i wanted to be able to remove the panel and stick it back on without worrying about the clips breaking. I know this part works perfectly fine printed in PLA because i did all my testing in PLA. TPU or PETG will also work, i also choose Flexible PLA because i can print it at nearly the same speed i print PLA at.
I printed this on my Prusa XL (2H), but it will work on a normal size bed if printed vertical instead of flat. if there are enough requests I will make a remix of this designed for smaller beds. I attached the SolidWorks files I used to create just in case someone wants to remix this for their case.
