Klemco Sherpa Mini Dragon Hotend Fan Mount

I made this so I could run a Sherpa mini with a Phateus Dragon on my ender3v2 with a Klemco style mount because I could not find one to use with the Klemco type mount. I have not finished the install project 100% so it is a work in progress. Mount attaches just fine in its mock up state. This mount is designed to use M3 4x4.2 mm  heat set nuts.

 *Added access to Bowden tube clip 

*Added clearance for duct mounting area 

*Chamfered edges with 45 degree taper for aesthetic

*Made the fan mount compatible with heat set nuts vs. regular nuts. M3 4x4.2 mm nuts

*Added recessed screw holes for the two mounting points that attach bracket to Klemco mount. This allows clearance for base of the Sherpa Mini extruder.

*v1.3 moves fan mount in further and deepene the screw pockets for mounting points under sherpa mini. 

Project requires various lenght m3 screws with 2 different head types.

 You will need 4) M3 4x4.2 heat set nuts 

2) M3x12mm tapered screws  

2) M3 button head screws

*Shifted sherpa mount holes to the right a little to center over klemco better.

*Opened bowden tube access more for improved access

 Please ensure the screws mounting your sherpa mini are not too long or they will possibly damage the finish on your Klemco mount when you tighten them down.

*its mounted and printing great. I have a couple creature comfort tweaks planned for it. I also plan to clean the model up some when I can find some extra time.

The part of this model that mounts the sherpa mini to the klemco is my creation, the angled portion for the fan mount was taken from the klemco 4010 fan mount and grafted onto this.
