fixed manifold pieces

before manifold on left. after on right

i made the diamond armor shoulder pad manifold along with the shin armor. i don't feel like doing all the shapes so just drag the other shapes into blender and add a re mesh modify, set octree thingy to 8 on sharp and then export it.
