I like Kyle's plugs for the feeding holes in the PrintDry 2.0 Pro dryer. I was trying to find the best way to print TPU directly from the dry box and ended up with running a PTFE tube to my Mk3S. I found a couple of adaptors for PC4 fittings but that felt overkill to me. So I simply remixed Kyle's plug to add a hole for the PTFE tube. It can be used for a proper reverse Bowden setup or simply with a short tube to provide a lower friction filament path if the PrintDry is located above the printer, e.g., on top of an enclosure.

I suggest printing it with TPU or TPE. I used Monoprice TPE I had on hand. Just slide the PTFE tube in, maybe with a bit of soapy water for lubrication.
