100mm Vesa mount to 35mm pole / pipe

I needed to tighten my tolerance to a 3 monitor desk mount bought on amazon. The middle monitor stuck out to far bringing the monitors to close for comfort. This gained me about 3 inches which is much more pleasant. 

I needed a tighter clearance on my 100mm vesa desk mount onto a 35mm pole. So I remixed @der_kellermann_87846. In

• Modified as 1 part to tighten tolerance
• Modified the screw holes to be countersunk 
• Modified the 28mm opening to 35.5mm
