Dog Scratch 2.0

After much testing with different variations(sorry PETA, these were tested on dogs), this is the variation they liked.  I printed with PLA, very low infil, then gave the scratches a quick buff with sandpaper just to make sure the points weren't too pointy.  Eventually I'll learn opencad and do a parametric version or something, but as it stands this prints decently quick, and my short-haired pit mixes loooooove it.

Rounded and improved the size to fit in the hand better. Changed the lengths of the scratchers. Removed the superfluous handle.
