Medical equipment can be quite expensive, and this is especially true for clinical simulation centers where budgets are often tight. For educational purposes, single-use equipment is frequently used repeatedly until it either breaks or an essential component goes missing.

To tackle this common issue, I’ve created “that little red thingy” — a stopper replacement part for the VBM Medizintechnik GmbH Quicktrach I. This little piece is notorious for going missing, and without it, the percutaneous cricothyrotomy kit becomes incomplete and unusable, hindering valuable training opportunities.

With this replacement stopper, you can keep your simulation kits functional and ready for use, ensuring that your training sessions run smoothly and effectively.
