IMS Basket 3D Print Jig for Sanding

Add a rubberband, carriage bolt and a nut and then attach it to a drill. Then sand down the rim of the basket with heavy duty sandpaper (Stainless steel is really hard) to the desired width.

I sanded down 2.5mm so I could fit this basket in my Saeco Aroma.

Use a high-temp plastic since the sanding dissipates a lot of heat, I used ASA for this print (0,2mm height, 30% infill)
