RAAW Madonna V2.2 - Chainstay Brake Hose Mounts

Building off of the model from Thingiverse, I added a few variations for size to allow for some mixing and matching. I deliberated over various routing options with a good friend of mine, and there could be more options coming soon, but these parts here allow for some good variability.

Included Parts

• Standard Setup
  • 25mm length
  • 40mm length
  • 100mm length
• Curved Hose Routing
  • 35mm length
  • 30deg curve for hose angle
• Under-Main Frame Axle
  • Single Zip-tie mount to existing chainstay zip-tie mount
  • Fits under main Frame-Axle

Print Settings

Supports

• Added using painting to minimize usage
• Utilized for the important overhangs
• Support Towers “On build plate only” - keep active!

Orientation

• Print along Y-Axis for Standard and Curved mounts
• Print along Z-Axis for Under-Main Frame Axle mount

Assembly

• Extra parts required - zip-ties (roughly 5mm wide or less)

With a cleared out chainstay, install the desired mount(s) in the desired locations. Utilize the channels in the mounts to secure each one to the chainstay with zip-ties. Once the desired mount(s) are in place, route the brake hose and also secure with zip-ties using the available channels.
