MicroSwiss NG Revo adaption plate Ender 6 with BLtouch

Printable adaption plate the MicroSwissNG Revo for an Ender 6 with BLtouch. 
Based on the aluminium version of MicroSwiss which is unfortunately missing an BLtouch mount.

Use m3 brass inserts for the adaption plate, print using PETG or ABS. The X-carriage remains on printer. This is compatible with both a linear and the original wheels as long as the aluminium carriage plate is still present.

Use the instructions from MicroSwiss for mounting the extruder. When you are finished, it is time to add the BLtouch.

Several m3 bolts along with two m3 nuts are required (I believe m3x16, m3x10 and m3x8). 

BLtouch settings for klipper:

x_offset: -40
y_offset: -11

You will need to adapt the bed mesh range as well, as the bltouch is 40 mm away from the hotend.
