Here is a whole set of hooks in different shapes and sizes. There are so many different ways in which a hook can be used and I hope you will find some that are to your liking.
Approximate sizes of the different hooks are shown in the table below, all hooks are 8mm (0.3") wide.

The hooks is screwed to the wall, so it has a strong and secure fixing. Use a flat head screw that fits countersunk holes with a diameter of 3-3.5 mm and a length of 16-20 mm, but this may vary depending on the type of wall you have.
Print the hooks lying on their sides for best results. In the model files, the parts are orientated in the direction best suited for printing. Use e.g. PLA for printing with a layer height of 0.2mm or less and a nozzle width of 0.4mm or less. A wall thickness of at least 3 lines and an infill of 50% or 100% if you prefer a solid hook. A support structure for the screw hole is recommended for the printing.
The author remixed this model.
The hooks I designed for the IKEA Skadis board have been modified for use on regular walls.
