Bowden Tube Adapters for 4mm Tubes on 6 Spool filament dry box build

I used the most excellent dry box build from schiffer-soft.de

After printing all the parts I found the tube holders were much larger than 4mm standard tubes. In fact, they are 7.2mm. 

What to do?

Make 4mm tube adapters with caps. I had a bit of trial and error during this design and prototyping to get the correct sizing and filament with custom settings to control shrinkage that may occur.
