I have included 12 versions with varying widths, lengths, and roundover radii. The first number in the filename is the length and the second is the width. The thickness is fixed at 1.2 mm. The center of the holes are placed 3 mm away from the edge and are 2 mm in diameter. Add your own text in the slicing software before printing.

This model is a 100% parametric and can be easily modified with the included fusion 360 f3d file.

Recommended print settings:

  • Matte PLA filament
  • Ironing: All top surfaces; rectilinear pattern; speed at 30 mm/s with 30% flow and 0.15 mm spacing. Set the ironing angle so the hotend moves along the length of the label for the best surface finish. For most people this should be either 0 degrees or 90 degrees. You should be able to see the direction by zooming in closely.
  • Use of 2 filament colours is recommended as it helps the text stand out more. Pause the print  to change the filament. Having a multicolour printer will make this job a bit easier.
