Snap-in case for the Pixel Pro V4.1. My plan is to conceal this as much as possible, hence only putting a bump at the wire terminals as needed. I measured a max of 27C on the outside of the case after running lights in an animated pattern for 24 hrs.
Printing:
Bottom - print as is, no supports
Top - Print on the front face (where the bump-out is flush with the side) on the plate. Doing this I can get by without using any supports. There's a tiny bit of droop on the inner wall, but it does not affect anything and far outweighs having to deal with supports. I didn't bother to change any settings specifically for better bridging.
Full print with 5% gyroid infill and no supports is 11g/3.69m according to Cura.

Resolution:

Filament: Hatchbox PLA Sparkle Green
Notes:
I needed a dark green to hide with greenery that will be lit with LEDs and controlled by the PixelPro, the Sparkle Green matches really well and should make concealment very easy. Would also go great for Christmas Trees. Hiding the box is the reason I am dealing with the bulge at top instead of making the whole box just a bit larger..
Post-Printing =============Assembly
Fit the top in at the wire terminal corner first for easiest fit. Board is a tight fit, but never had to stress the board to get it in.
How I Designed This ===================Designed from Scratch
I'm still trying to learn using Fusion 360. I found a model of the USB-C port and imported that, then I measured the PCB and components and modeled that in a crude component. I added the USB-C port to it and then from there I created the case around it. My board has markings for v4.1
