Hexagon cut-out frame for Spool Winder / Respool tool

Having been a bit short on filament, i made a hexagon cut out (right handed) frame remixed from and for Les Kayes popular Spool Winder. Only the remixed frame is published here, pick the other parts from the original post linked above.

Saves some material (~10% at 2 perimeters and 15% infill) with the trade off of longer print time.

Might have lost a tad structural integrity. But works great for me.

Gained hexagon style.

• Implemented hexagonal cut outs to save some material (~10%)
• Remodel the legs a bit to follow the hexagon pattern
