Accordion Miniature

I designed this accordion from scratch. It is pretty small but should be pretty easy to scale up. I printed parts separately and glued together. The Keys and frame are printed with filament change at appropriate levels.

Print the bellows and strap in TPU if you want a squishy feel.

Printed on Prusa MK4 with Input Shaping off for TPU parts using Filatech Filaflex 40 preset printing in Overture TPU 95A with a 0.4mm nozzle. Frame and keys printed in PLA. Layer height of 0.2mm.
