Needed ECAS fittings for my Voron2.4/Stealthburner/ERCF projects, and there was no heckin' way I was going to use the original blue inserts. Couldn't find any files in the immediate Google search results, so I whipped up a few concentric circles and chamfers. Pressed the insert in and briefly heated with a hot air gun to relieve any stresses resulting from the pressing. Clicks nicely and releases the tube smoothly.
The provided .obj worked for my tolerances and shrinkage. Included .step and .f3d files if you need to make any adjustments. There's also a hexagon option!
Printed out of PolyMaker/Lite neon orange ABS on a modded “Prusa Mini++” with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Suggest picking a filament with good Z strength.

The googly eyes were not glued to the Stealthburner.
