RTech Tidy Tail License motorcycle plate holder for Canadian License (work with USA plate)

Bought a RTech Tidy Tail for my Beta RR-S, forgot to add the license plate holder with it.

I watched a video about how their license plate holder and their integra system was working, which look interesting, so I decided to do something that would do the same (using the locking wing nut x 2).

using 2 x M5 20mm machine screws and 2 x m5 nuts class 8.8 (which is 8mm in width) for the wing nut
