Faster print speeds can result in prints coming out less glossy even when printing with the same material.
I've included a PrusaSlicer project that contains 9 test units all printing with the same settings, except each one has the External Perimeter speed and Top Surface speed set to the mm/s marked on the object itself.
If you need them, I've also included the individual marked STLs.
This allows you to test what print speeds will result in what surface finish with your material and printer.
Any settings you change in the general settings shouldn't affect the speeds applied to the specific models so make sure the general settings are set up correctly for your printer and filament.
Also please make sure the filament you are using is capable of being printed at these speeds and remove any objects that are marked too fast for your filament, before slicing.
